I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job—although my room was missed once, they were otherwise excellent. The location is super convenient, close to major roads and a large outlet mall, making it easy to get around and enjoy some shopping. Another big plus is the free parking in the area, which made everything even more convenient.

Our stay was very comfortable. Mukul at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly. We were put into a newly renovated upgrade on the fifth floor, which was modern and clean. My husband enjoyed the pool and the whirlpool as well. There is plenty of parking available too

The location was great. Easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size. I loved the walk in shower but bathroom door didn’t lock. The restaurant on main floor was good.

The room was very comfortable. Both the room and the place overall were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was courteous and professional. It is not my first time at Novotel, I love the location and the fact that breakfast is included. Joby was our server Saturday and Sunday, and I have one word to describe his service: Outstanding! He was so courteous, attentive, always with a smile, and flexible with our requests. And we were happy to see that there were some renovations going on, meaning that the hotel will probably have a great makeover.

The staff were very accommodating, attentive and friendly. Our flight arrived early and the rooms were sold out the night before and they quickly cleaned a room for us to help us settle in from our travels. Breakfast buffet was really great and had a lot of options that you don’t see often.

The room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the lighting and the various seating options available in the room. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker which made things even better.

Excellent location! Across from a HUGE mall with a seemingly never ending array of restaurants of every cuisine you could want and tons of great stores. Also a theme park nearby that looked fun. Great little gym, super clean, comfy beds and modern updated rooms. Such friendly staff and parking on site. Nice looking pool and hot tub too and it looked great for events. A great hotel if you're on a business trip nearby.

Location! Close proximity to Wonderland. We travelled to Vaughan the night before so we didn’t have to spend hours in traffic before going to the park for the day. It was worth it!
